Taxes and Duties

Goods dispatched from our overseas warehouses are exempt from import duties, thereby relieving customers of the obligation to bear such costs. Please be informed that goods shipped from our Chinese warehouse to your country or region may be subject to customs duties in compliance with local customs regulations.

Customers shall bear full responsibility for all taxes, duties, customs clearance fees, and/or value-added tax (VAT) levied by the relevant governmental authorities. As voxmeta3d.com exercises no control over these charges, we are unable to provide precise estimates of their amounts. For detailed information regarding local customs policies or duty requirements, please consult the customs authority in the respective jurisdiction. It is important to note that international orders may be subject to restrictions on refunds if import duties, taxes, or other related fees remain unpaid.

 

Shipping Methods

Cooperating Logistics Providers: 4PX, EMS, DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Cost: VoxMeta ships to many countries worldwide, with shipping times and costs varying by destination.

Processing Time: Under normal operating conditions, orders will be dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation. This timeframe excludes cases involving failed payments, pre-ordered items, and other unforeseen extraordinary circumstances.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery is typically expected within 5–16 calendar days (please note that delivery timelines are for reference only and cannot be guaranteed).

  1. Before making payment, please double-check that the shipping address on your order is accurate, as we will deliver strictly to this address. If you need to modify the shipping address, please send an email to support@voxmeta3d.com within 48 hours of placing your order; failure to contact us within this period will result in delivery to the original address on the order.
  2. In the event of force majeure, order processing will be delayed. However, we commit to prioritizing and expediting the processing of your order as soon as weather and objective conditions permit.
  3. We have implemented all reasonable protective measures to ensure that products are not damaged during transportation. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@voxmeta3d.com within 3 business days of receiving the goods.

 

Disclaimer

VoxMeta shall not be liable for delayed or rejected orders caused by the following reasons:

  1. Deliveries to remote areas may be delayed by 1-2 days.
  2. Delays or delivery failures resulting from the consignee’s own actions, including but not limited to: changing the address after shipment, providing an invalid or incorrect address, leaving wrong contact information, or refusing to accept the package.
  3. Delays due to force majeure. "Force majeure" refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable objective circumstances and other events causing shipment delays, including but not limited to: national or regional air/ground transportation system restrictions or disruptions (e.g., severe weather), communication system interference or malfunctions, government actions, changes in postal policies, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rains, dense fog, and other similar incidents.
  4. Air contraband, mobile phones, electronic products, fragile items, and other goods that cannot be shipped by air due to aviation security regulations.
  5. Shipments confiscated or disposed of for violating transportation regulations.
  6. Inability to deliver mail and packages to the consignee’s address during weekends, national legal holidays, and various festivals.
  7. The consignee’s address is a school, institution, or residential community with no courier access.

 

Order Tracking

After your order is successfully submitted, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to verify your order details. Once the goods are shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your order number, logistics provider information, order placement date and time, order status, and package tracking numbers for the shipped items.
